If you want to lodge on the island, we strongly advise you book

well ahead of time - May is peak season!

Whidbey Island has plenty of lodging, but no major hotels.

Airbnb/VRBO are great options. Look for lodging

in the Langley, Clinton, and Freeland areas.

FAQ

This is a cocktail style event in a garden setting - anything from formal to cocktail/semi-formal dress is encouraged. Knee to floor length
dresses, skirts and jumpsuits, suits, slacks with a button down shirt, blazers all welcome. Everyone is invited to wear spring and summer colors
to compliment the garden setting - think wildflowers. Feel free to throw on those funky socks and accessories! Please no jeans or ball caps, and
ladies please avoid whites, creams and ivories as these are reserved for the bride.

The menu will be served family style with a seafood and red meat option, as well as some vegetarian dishes. If you have any allergies or other
dietary restrictions, please let us know as soon as possible in order to have suitable options available. Our venue hosts are both talented chefs
who will be happy to make necessary accommodations for those who need them.

There will be a couple signature cocktails available during cocktail hour, as well as beer and wine throughout the evening. Coffee, tea and
lemonade will also be available.

We are very fortunate to have more than enough “stuff” (more than we have space for currently!). Your presence on our wedding day is the
greatest gift we could ask for. However, if you insist, we graciously welcome any contributions to our newlywed/honeymoon fund (Cash,
Venmo and Paypal all accepted), or feel free to select a gift from our Zola registry.

Loose outline: 2-2:30 PM arrival to the venue - 3 PM outdoor ceremony - 3:30-4:45 PM cocktails and hors d'oeuvres - 5-7 PM dinner, toasts, cake
cutting - 7-9:30 PM dancing and partying - 9:45 last call, grand exit - 10-11PM - wind down, goodbyes and stragglers.

There will not be a scheduled shuttle available, however there is local taxi service on the island, Uber and Lyft as well. If you drove in but are not
driving out, you are welcome to leave your vehicle parked at the venue overnight and retrieve it the next morning.

Please RSVP by April 20th. You can mail your RSVP card back to us with the pre-addressed envelope included, or RSVP online here. Please
include yourself, your +1, kiddos if applicable, and any dietary restrictions

The ceremony and reception will both be held at Fireseed Catering, 6051 Coles Rd, Langley, WA 98260

The fastest way for most will be the Mukilteo to Clinton ferry. You can also drive around from the north side of Whidbey Island - this route will
take you through Deception Pass if you prefer a scenic route. With the ferry schedule in mind, please be sure to catch one early enough to
arrive to the venue on time (2 - 2:30 PM arrival, 3 PM ceremony). Google/Apple Maps will lead you to the right place, then just follow the signage
to park and enter the garden. There is ample parking available. Not planning to stay on the island? The last ferry back to Mukilteo is at 11 PM.

There are plenty of vacation rentals to choose from in the area, but hotels and inns are limited. Just some ideas: coordinate and share a rental
with other guests you know are coming. Not sure? Contact us! Bringing children but want to stay and party? Consider bringing a friend or
family member who won’t mind scooping the little ones up after a couple hours. Children are welcome to stay through the reception, but we
also know how it is. Whidbey has a lot to offer so “babysitters” will have plenty to enjoy as well
